Seattle hot water tank installed for a radiant heating system. Tested all the piping both copper in packs types, repaired a copper fitting with shark bite fittings and burped all air out of the heating system. It’s nice to have hot water and a warm house on Saturday weekend afternoon!

South Seattle gas furnace had a bit of clogging in the burners but we were able to successfully remit out and make sure no more debris would cause any clogging to the heat exchangers receiving the heat. Furnace tuneups are so important to keep your furnace healthy, don’t let yours be the next one to catch the bug of the no heat virus

Fujitsu mini splits are extremely efficient heat pumps. But sometimes contractor start jobs and forget to finish. Sometimes we just put ductless units on the wall just to see how cool they look! But in this case we were displaying to the customer a possibility of a proper placement for a mini split system and their premium condo in West Seattle. These units are not too large for most living spaces, and apparently they’re not too heavy!

This Goodman furnace had an exhaust motor called the inducer assembly start to make a loud whining noise. Upon a tuneup and inspection, we found the bearings to be near a failure point, we were able to return to the property in Seattle and replace the inducer motor and assembly within 24 hours! Your furnace is now breathing with more healthy and clean combustion, don’t thank me thank the hard-working men and women of first response heating

Crawl space, ductwork missing, scary dark corners, called house, not a problem. We can design ductwork even in the scariest of dungeons with dragons. Heating ducts need to be sealed and insulated, don’t forget it’s never comfortable to sleep without blankets! So don’t forget to wrap your heating ducts! In Seattle, WA.
