1st Response installed a heat pump about 1.5 years ago. The heat pump wasn’t working right. Braxten and team diagnosed and fixed the obvious manufacturer’s issue. They weren’t satisfied with the results and fixed another flaw with the equipment. The continued to follow through with the manufacturer and me and even though the manufacturer authorized a substantial part replacement, Braxten wasn’t happy with their response and installed a brand new unit at no cost to me. I will recommend them to everyone. When things go wrong is where customer service fails or shines. They definitely shine!
